and hiring photographers for the group travel experiences was extensive and hands-on. I sought out photographers whose style and aesthetic aligned seamlessly with the brand's vision, ensuring they possessed an eye for beauty while maintaining a treatment that resonated with the brand's essence. Additionally, I looked for those special attributes that allowed them to integrate well into a group travel experience, fostering a sense of connection and camaraderie. Negotiating budgets, developing detailed shot lists tailored to each specific experience, and managing communication across multiple time zones demonstrated allowed me to flex my coordination and planning skills. My responsibility extended to overseeing on-the-ground operations, liaising with photographers, and finally handling the payment process upon the completion of their assignments.
